TayCare Children's Centres

TayCare Children's Centres provide full and part day programs in Perth for children from birth to 12 years. Children with special needs are welcome at both centres. TayCare Junior Centre provides care for children from birth to 3.5 years through the entire year.

• All TayCare Children's Centres are licensed under the Day Nurseries Act
• Qualified caregivers utilize age appropriate equipment and learning materials to provide your children with a warm, stimulating environment for learning and fun
• All qualified staff are members of the College of Early Childhood Educators. Our full time staff have up to as many as 25 years experience in the child care field
• There is always a staff on duty that has their Infant and Child 1st Aid and CPR certificate
• The staff take part in workshops yearly to keep them up to date on new ideas and strategies
• Open Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 6:00 pm (excluding statutory holidays)

Fees

Fees are set each year by the Board of directors. Fee subsidies are available to all a parents who qualify under a provincially regulated income test. The Fee subsidy applications are administered by the County of Lanark and they can be contacted at (613) 267-4200, ext 2304 or email ss@county.lanark.on.ca.

Before applying for a subsidy, parents must find a licensed child care that best fits their needs. Eligibility is determined based on guidelines established by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
